265 35 18 on stock '07 18s?
Time for new tires...
Any trouble with running 265 35 18 on the stock 18s? If I run this on the rear, what would be a good match to the front?

275 is too large for an 8.5" wheel.
1/4" lower works for me, and that would also make the car accelerate slightly faster due to the change in the final drive ratio, right? I'm sure it'd be a bit more harsh on the ride as well.
thankfully, i drive my car less than 50miles a week and i am the only person that ever rides in it. wifey's mazda is the people mover lol.
I'm going to lower the car shortly with tien s tech springs and i'm getting some spacers to complete the look i'm going for.

Yes, I love our 265/35/19 front (moreso than I did the 275/30/19 front).
True statements (I run a 10" front with a 295 tire on the track!)
Soooo the 255/35 18 was touuuuugh to get on. 3 shops couldn't get them to fit lol. My brother ended up getting them on with some AJAX and elbow grease at his diesel shop. the rear 265/35 18 were cake.
The tires look mean. They flush right up to the edge of the rims. The handling is sooooo much better than the stock bald '05s i was running after 2 blows outs on the 18s lol.
At the same time i went with the tanabi springs because I knew I'd have some fender gap issues. Came out VERY nice. I have a tooooon of camber problems in the rear though. I have a camber kit on the way and then I'll get it aligned.
Veryyyyyyyyyy happy overall
. Just need to get some spacers to clean up the look a bit and I'll be a really happy camper.
Before when I first got her (had fugly ebay tails and grille):
