I have 215/35/19 (F) and 245/35/19 (R)
But I'm putting Project Kics 10mm spacers in the rear...so it will equal +2 in the rear and putting 15mm Kics spacers in the front..so that will be -3.
If you want stretch, don't go with 255 F and 265 R. Not to mention that 265-series tires are EXPENSIVE. Not many companies offer that size. And a pretty typical "rule of thumb" is to go up 30mm in tread...aka 225 in the front and 255 in the rear..

My wheels are 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 rear +12 all around.

i am using right now on my volks
245-30-19 in front $150 delivered each
and
265-30-19 rear $170 delivered each
i can use on the new wheels same tire set up i have now OR
235-30-19 front
255-30-19 rear
i usually go 20 mm between front & rear
i would love to see pics of yours with spacers
