Default Help painting polished iForged Aero's

Hi guys,

So i traded my SF-winnings awhile back for some crappy offset iForged Aero's +$$ since needed the extra cash for Spring Break ha..

Im not much of a fan of polished wheels. So i wanted to know if it was possible to spray paint these wheels flat/gloss black whichever black..

but i wanted to know what steps i would take if they're different from spray painting OEM wheels? and what paint would be the best?

Thanks guys

powder coating , will last you longer and looks better. I would go with a flat black.

if your not keeping them why not just leave them alone. They look great on your car the way it is. Plus you'll get more for them when you decide to sell if you leave them with their original color.

Yeah I'd leave them alone. I'm sure some kid would buy them on here or craigslist.

Why spray paint and get nothing for them at least if you leave them you can get something to put towards your next setup but it seems like your mind is made up already.

I know you don't really care for them, but you are wanting to rattle-can a set of forged wheels?! Come on man. As a sidenote, I remember the previous owner of those wheels will to trade anybody and everybody to get rid of them.

If you just want to destroy something, then our opinions are of no use to you. But crappy offset or not, those are still well-crafted wheels and should bring a fair and reasonable price if you just leave them alone.

You could always fix the offset if they are a 3 piece wheel Just contact iForged, they can make new barrels with a different offset. IMO that would be a better way to make the wheel nicer for you and your car. Not to mention more people would be attracted to them. But no way would i ever rattle can them. Do it right or don't do it at all.
