OP to put this in perspective for you a tad more. I'm running my stock V1 Rays wheels which run an offset of +30mm Front and +33mm Rear. I'm running a 20mm spacer up front and a 25mm spacer out back, effectively giving me a +10mm front and a +8mm rear offset. Looks good and flush now.

For you to achieve the same effect with these wheels, you'd need (WITHOUT ADAPTERS) a 29mm spacer up front, and a 54mm spacer out back. Add into the mix you want to run adapters, blah blah...makes no difference. To get a flush look, you will need 29mm worth of spacer/adapter up front, and 54mm worth of spacer/adapter out back.

Hopefully I cleared that up for you, but for the sake of safety when it comes to bolting those up...I'd think twice. Now if you don't mind a sunken in look and just want to run the adapters you should get a "stockish" look...and in my opinion a set of badass Volks need to be flush.

The adapters act as spacers as well. They have to be a certain width or they won't work.

No. Even with your spacers, he would be 9mm (towards the fender) more aggressive than your fronts and almost 8mm more aggressive in the rear.

Question for my TE37 bro's: I currently have aftermarket wheel studs installed front and rear. They are 10mm longer than stock (to accommodate the 10mm spacers I used to run). Now I am looking at 20mm spacers (adapter type w/ built in studs) for my new LE's. Question is, do the TE/LE37's have enough depth between the mounting pads to accommodate the length of the aftermarket studs that will protrude beyond the spacer? Does anyone have experience doing this?

Yep they're 19x10.5 +22. Same setup you had back in the day. What's your thoughts on 245/35/19 front, 265/35/19 rear, +2 net offset front and rear? Worth it, or just "almost there"? Keeping in mind that I'm not slammed...tops of tires are just about at the fender arches, not really tucked.

I'm trying to make my final decision on tire sizes this week, but simultaneously trying to finalize spacer sizes. Think I'll have any issues with 245/35 +2 offset up front as far as rubbing goes?

 

even though not slammed, you might rub with 265 on hard turns or when the suspension is compressed. i remember rubbing on 255/35 in the rear at +2.

hmmm alright....so it's probably either 235/45 front and 255/35 rear +2, or 245/35 front and 265/35 rear +7. ?

 

wellll i got them for a bad *** price so it was actually worth it since i got it fitting with just a simple bore on the adapters and it sits completely flush with the fenders, now i need a roll and more drop page and i'll post some pics up, the guy listed the offsets wrong, they're +24 in the back and +12 or so in the front, =D

I like the look of convex wheels (Volk TE37, Varrstoen ES221, and Rota Grid). Does anyone know if the 18" wheels are more convex than the 19"? I was thinking about 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 or 18x9.5 and 18x10 or 18x9.5 and 18x10.5. Which of the following are more convex: Volk TE37 or Varrstoen ES221, or Rota Grid?

 

^^ Do you mean concave? The lower offsets will give you that look, regardless of wheel diameter
