I never realised it.... but.. when I took my car in for its second oil change they noticed tire fraying and said it needed to be aligned... so I TOOK it to a shop and they did a free alignment test on it, it was straight as an arrow...... they said to rotate the tires.. so took it to les swab who said they'd do it for free... they came back and said they couldn't rotate them cause the rears were bigger then the fronts! never noticed that.. so now my nissan dealer is calling a nissan rep about tire feathering to get the tires replaced... (appearently from what i've read once the tires were replaced everything seemed great)

well duh hah.

rears are bigger of course. wider taller ect cant rotate them.

PLUS their directional so you can even go side to side.

what you can do is dismount the tires from the rims, then remount them backwards, then the tire will fit on the other side of the car, and ride on the opposite edge of the tread. It will help somewhat, but better have a good shop if your gonna be mounting and dismounting the tires over and over.
