I need help staggering my 2007 350Z
I was curious if I can stagger my car with a combination of 225/40/18front and 255/35/18 rear tires. I just want to go a little wider on the stock rim tires. If not I'll take any suggestions. For a 2007 350z "euth model". Thanks

Nope. Those sizes are not really staggered. The fronts are 0.1" taller than the rears. the stagger should be about 0.25" to 0.75" with the rears being taller.
It's all explained here.

Hi Steve, As Dave explains your setup is not staggered as to the tire height. In fact your setup has the wrong tire diameters since the fronts are taller than the rears.
I believe you are thinking tire width and not tire height when you ask about a staggered setup. Your widths are definitely “staggered.” It’s just that you are selecting the wrong tires.
If you want to stay with the widths you ask about (225 front and 255 rear), use these tires sizes instead:
Front: 225.45-18”
Rear: 255/45-18”
With this setup your rears a slightly tall, but still OK; and you will experience a little more under-steer (which is also OK). One thing to consider about a staggered width setup and under-steer is that the rears wear faster than the fronts, and under-steer becomes less as you put miles on your tires.
If your rear wheels are wide enough for 265’s, consider the setup the T_K suggests:
After running various tires sizes, I think the Z running a stock suspension handles much better with 245’s on the front. If you have 18” wheels, the front tire size is what T_K recommends: 245/40-18”.
Hope this helps and is not just more confusing,
