Default Track wheels grinding any suggestion?

I recently sold my stock 5 spoke chrome wheels for track wheels. When I put them on last week it feels like its grinding. The wheels are firm against the hub and tire rotation on correct side. There are no bends in wheels any suggestions as to what it might be?

I would get the car in the air...spin the wheels and look for yourself. Could be anything from how your describing it. Brake dust shield against the rotor maybe? is it in the front or the back? right side or left side only? etc...

What size and offset are the wheels? What size are the tires?

Is the grinding you describe constant, or is it intermittent?

It's stock edition track wheels from an 05. The tires are stock size 225/45/18 front and 245/45/18 rear. I checked the brake shield near rotor nothin is touching. Soon I as move the car its just feel weird like grinding and whinning sound. Can't seem to figure what it could be.

The grinding and whinning sound seem like to come from the front? I can't seem to figure what it is and it's getting on my nerves. Any other suggestion beside taking to shop to have it checked out?

Are the front wheel bearings OK?
Do you know how to check?

^^ The same thing occurred to me.

But… Why would a/the wheel bearing(s) go bad suddenly when just swapping out the wheels?

One possible explanation is a problem removing the original wheels if excessive lateral force was exerted against the bearing during the wheel removal/installation. I did experience this a few years ago when swapping wheels on my off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle. One wheel was “stubborn,” and loosening this damaged the bearing.

Of course, I’m guessing now. I really think grey00lustre will need to take the car to a tire dealer who can diagnose the problem.

Definately not wheel bearing this only occur after I installed these wheels. When I had my other set of Advan wheels never had this problem. I know it's not wheels bearings but how would u check anyway??
