Default stock 350z wheels...is this normal...???

could someone please help me out...my wheels look like they are hellflush (at least I think thats what its called)...they look angled...the top of the wheel (towards the sky) is more inward to the car and the bottom of the wheel (towards the ground) is more outwards to the car...

is this normal for a 2007 stock 350z...

they are hellanotflush.

top of wheel inward to the car is called negative camber.

normal camber for the rear is -1.2ish.. you actually might have more than that.. there is an illusion of alot of negative camber when you put a high offset wheel in the rear, since our fenders come out..

you would probably need to add a 25mm spacer if you want to be 'hella flush'

lol, those are the nissan aftermarket wheels correct? those look pretty sunken in there. find the offset on the back of the rim, and post up. well find you a spacer to bring it out some. should you go with a spacer, go with a pre pressed hubcentric like the ichiba v2.

well while were on this subject,, what spacers do you need for factory 07 wheels to bring them out hellaflush with out risk of scrubbing fender well?

This is contradictory. best advice is to measure out from the top of the tire to the fender and decide how much you want to come out

ahhh...i see clearly now...thanks chebosto...i just wanted to know if it is normal for a stock z and it seems it is...hellaflush would be more if the top of the wheel was in line with the fenders...is this correct...

Hellaflush is looked down upon by many people and others love it, so tread carefully. It is when people buy 12" wide rims and 245 tires and lower their car without camber correction until it almost sits on the sidewall of the tires.

And yes, that look is normal for a stock Z.

add 25mm spacers all around and that shud help bring out the wheels more...it also depends on how low your car is now too...g/l man...

Don't wast money on spacers, use that money on wheels that are not chrome.

What is your goal for the car? Rims without tires can range from 800 a set for cheap knockoffs to 6000 a set for goood baller lightweight wheels. Most will suggest volks or something around the same caliper which are about 3xxx a set new.

it is best to just browse the market place until you find a set you like, then ask questions about that rim specifically. then decide if thats what you want to buy.
