Default scooped rim surface

The seller did not mention this HUGE carve(?) on one of the four rims until i went to pick em up. The deal was too good and i drove too far to pick em up, so i couldn't just ignore these wheels.

i have no idea how it happened. Would i need to balance the wheel cause it's missing a big chunk?
Do i use a load of bondo putty to fill up the hole?

JB weld and paint it, i would just get RPF1's cause there is no way to be JDMstanced on stock wheels.

Stock rims are still from NISSAN which is JDM.

I also had no idea what I was in for when I opened this thread. If you don't fill the hole in, your wheel will wobble a lot.

JB weld would make it not wobble? you mean i have to fill in the hole with some steel or aluminum?

The seller hid damage? I find that hard to believe.

he didn't mention that on his sales thread. I and him noticed the scoop when he was rolling the wheel out of garage n placing on the ground haha
then again it was a good deal enough to ignore the scoop

I got a set and a pair of tires with meaty treads for $100.( No TPMS. seller did not mention this in the thread) The front tires have good amount of tread and rear is worn but can be still used for some time.
Im waiting for my JB weld to dry. Looks like some rims had been repainted...very crappy job.
But then, these wheels are gonna be used for racing, not DD.
As soon as JB weld dry and sand em down, I'll be rocking some ORANGE spray paint on em!

i don't care what y'all think, this is SICK! going with orange theme must be beautiful.

The scooped surface is filled with JB weld on the second pic. i started painting before the weld completely dried so couldn't sand it down to better shape.

Very narrow wheel for the track, the fronts are only 7.5 inch, rears are only 8 inch.
