Can we calculate the depth of the rim by using offset n width? If my rim is 8.5 +25 9.5 +25, how depth is the rim? My fren has a rim tat have the same width n offset with mine, does it mean the depth of our rim are the same too?

The lip is dependent on the company that makes the wheel. You can get a 10.5 +15 like mine with 20mm of lip (RPF1), then go with some other wheel 10.5 +15 and have a 5 inch lip.

An offset calculator is an excellent tool, but not infallible. Wheel position IS as the calculator says. So you can judge suspension clearance and fender clearance.

What the calculator can NOT do is judge spoke configuration and calliper clearance. Some spokes are straight and TIGHT on the calliper. Others are curved and give greater calliper clearance. For calliper clearance there are fit options such as calliper template.
