Default F14s on a flat black wrapped car... colors, hmm.

DISCLAIMER:
this thread is a troll. If youre bored, post up. Nothing more than that expected.

DISCLAIMER:
no need to answer "buy what YOU like".. cuz unfortunatley, i like em all. I cant make up my friggin mind.. grr.
just hoping someone has some better pics avail to share cuz google is slackin on this one.

DISCLAIMER:
google images aint cuttin it, already been there. Forgestar aint cuttin it either.. no master list of thier colors avail, and no help telling me where i can find pics like this of a car like mine sporting thier stuff.. hey, it happens.

SOOOO.....

Latest chapter in the wheels for my car saga..

Ordering non donk wheels for my car that are light and that fit, namely F14s.
Im completely stuck between several of their colors. Everytime i say im sure i want black, then i want the gold, and then i think maybe gunmetal.. it seems there IS no pleasing me . (Goldmember for the win)

So.. ive been looking for pics.. (doesnt matter if its a Z, i have a good enough imagination for that.. but apparently not good enuff to decide my wheel color myself. Kinda like a 3 yr old. )

the car's flat black wrapped...
colors i like are Forgestars:
GOLD
BRONZE BURST
PIANO BLACK
GUNMETAL
anyone have pics of a flat black car on bronze? Gold? etc.. ?

Heres all I got so far.. im in love w the Rauh Welt cars.. sick. SO GOLD OR BRONZE BURST are my number 1 tied choices. The camaro is bronze burst.. not very bronze if you ask me.. and the G is thier piano black. All the rest are other wheels and the colors are slightly off of course, but it helps visualize.
ANy others? I guess maybe this should be in media share, but Im gna leave it in wheels n tires for now.
Ayways, post em if you got em, ignore me, scream, yell, praise, add opinion, flame, what not.. everythings welcome today..

I forget who the member is but he is running out of texas. He has the black z with the bronze work wheels. I think that **** would like crazy on your car with a really aggressive fitment.

you mean this guy?

yeah for sure, thats dope as hell... i love this car.. his wheels are even farther out now...

believe me, thats EXACTLY what color id want, but it appears the Forgestar bronze is FAR from the Work emotions bronze color ( below)... forgestar is more like a dark rootbeer brown .. sexual chocolate. haha.

bronze burst f14

Work emotions, well , thier works, what can i expect.. awesome.

I think you should hold out for something rather than buy what you can
Afford right now. I've personally seen some 20x13" wheels come and
Go on eBay. You've got a great foundation. Forgestars just won't do
You justice IMO.

That said, the bronze is your best bet.

i hear ya.. its not really a question of affordabliity.. i just went thru quite the fiasco w some wheels that cost twice as much.. im just really having to re-evaulate my goals w the car.. and lighter weight, simple design, fully functional all need to be high on the list, as well as economically responsible.

Not looking to be cheap ( i nixed the XXR 526 order), but for 1700 bucks....
f14 20x9 and 20x12 (the wheels ive always wanted anyways) on my car will be just right for me and my daily driving.

im just not sure what darn color to order.. man. If they charge extra for the bronze, then nah. Piano black or gold. But if its a standard color ( will find out later today), then im leaning towards bronze burst.

thats the only downside to the f14s is that ill have to keep using my spacer, but i gotta be honest, i dont really mind, as much as i hate to say that. I already had really decent spacers that are hub centric on the hub and wheel face side, good hardened stud hardware etc.. never a vibration.. and i ran em for over a year. The ONLY downside i feel ( i dont mean theres no downside, im just saying it doesnt affect or bother me much) is that my rear brakes end up pretty far back from the wheel face when using spacers in the rear.. Still, they are stock brakes, so i dont really mind.

After what i just tried this last week for wheel fitment, i just want to order wheels, have them fit, bolt up, not rub, and be done. Theres soooo much more to life than being as wrapped up in this car as i have been this year.. kinda had a huuuuge reality check this week. Its already a nice, car... i need to keep my hands off it for a while like mom says.. OR ILL GO BLIND. haha.

There is tremendous pleasure in achieving what you want.

Take a look at the red veilside 350z on 2p work meisters in
Srs offsets. Your car looks better than that one.

Get the right wheels. Slow down.

i cut the cord on the XXRs last week, tried Hans 22s.. BAD IDEA. haha. 38 lb 28 inRD rear wheels and test pipes equals a very loud car going nowhere fast. XXRs are similar in weight... the 20x9 is 31 lbs... cant imagine what the 20x11s were gonna be.

Again, multipiece wheels are out of the question for me.. they look cool and have great low disk offsets, but are generally too heavy for my liking.

Ive actually been researching wheels etc for well over a eyar, but just recently have been making moves.. so the slow down already happend.

Time to move.

update ( on the ph now)

FS tells me bronze burst is a std color.. i thnk ill go w that. If i dont like it, i can change it later, but fer now, itll do.

i would get a set of the 1.1.2 varstoen in 19 X 9.5" & 19 X 10.5" +0 F & R
they are hub centric in +0
mesh wheels with caps
3" & 4" lips
they are in stock
you will have them in 5 work days
they will run you less than $1250 shipped new

That "sexual chocolate" bronze, looks awesome. That would go great with the flat black if you're going for that stealth look. If not bronze then gold for sure.
