Default Tire size

Hey I have a question, can someone break down the tire sizes for me?

I currently have 275-30-19 Rear and 245-35-19 Front.

Right now they kinda have a real low profile look but I want the tires a bit more fatter. I was wondering what part of the tire size do I have to increase when I buy the tires?

I've been searching before I asked this question but I couldnt seem to find it, thank you in advance for your help.

What width wheels do you have? For starters I would go with a 275/35/19 in the rear.

Thanks a lot for the chart. Honestly I have no clue, I bought the rims such a long time ago that Im not really clear on the with of the rims. They're Racing Harts two piece is the only thing I know. Im kinda kicking myself in the *** right now because I really am tired of the low profile look and was looking into beefier tires but now Im kinda worried on how to go about it because since Im stationed in Germany, I would have to order them online and it's kinda like a shoot or miss.

Take a picture of your car if you can, it will give us a better idea of what you want.

285/35 is probably what you want. Take a wheel off and see if width and offset are listed, take a pic if needed of any lettering on the backside of your wheel.

The only other issue is that my Z is lowered, I just went to check and it looks like I have about an inch of space between the tire and the wheel well.

You are running an unusual combination. Front tires are taller than rear.

Does anyone run the rear tires taller then the front tires? I figured out the issue and I was going to order 275-40-19 Rear and 245-35-19 Front. Or should both front and back be the same size. Thanks again for your help and input.

OEM Z/G comes a little taller in the rear, so the VDC systems prefer it. However, like the charts and such might suggest, height relies on the width, so always look at the actual diameter measurement as well. You want to try to keep the front and rear within 3% of each other in diameter.

should think about a 255/35 19 front 285/35/19 rear.

I'm running 255/35/19 front and 295/35/19 back, KDW's. You want fatness? They've got fatness.

Yes people do, and 275/35 rear would be the tire you want with the 245/35 front. Yes the rear tire is taller, 35 is not a fixed height, but a % of width, that equals the sidewall.
