Some (most?) 275/35s on 19x10.5s are too small such that the wheel pokes out from the tire. I had a set-up like this recently, and when you lay the wheel flat on the ground (horizontal, with the tire mounted of course), the wheel contacts the ground before the tire does on either face. To me, that is not enough tire for said wheel. That also gives you absolutely no lip protection from curbs. Manufacturers typically suggest a wheel that is between 9 and 10.5" for a 275. Some suggest a wheel that is 9-11", so in either event, you are at the upper end of the suggested range. I think a 285-295 width tire is more appropriate assuming you have the offset to support the added width.
