wow...what a situation. I hate to ask how much you paid for these wheels... I got a quote for some wheels from DPE once for $6,556.00 NOT INCLUDING shipping. Paying those kind of prices you BETTER get great customer service. I'm glad now I decided against DPE wheels. If I'm paying you my hard earned money, I better be informed about all situations that arise. Had DPE kept the OP informed, he probably would have been ok with the delays.
