Default New TPMS, tire installer can read but not Nissan?

Had tires installed yesterday and had 4 new TPMS installed that were purchased from tire rack. I double checked they were the correct P/N. Tire shop was able to read each new sensor but couldn't input into the car due to lack of Consult II device. Went to Nissan today and they said they couldn't read any of the sensors?? Going to have to try another dealership. I'm also not getting why the low tire warning light is not coming on?

Are they true Nissan sensors or the supposedly-compatible aftermarket sensors? If not Nissan, then a dealer can't read them.

If you're so incline3d, they can be done manually...

Nissan's Tire sensor reader plugs into a Consult II connector under the dash. The tire rack P/N is OEM but I guess Nissan cant read those because they are not "Nissan" ones. I was able to activate them using the above procedure that DavesZ#3 posted. the tire installer was able to read the sensor but could not program the car, and Nissan could not read them at all.
