You might want to check the photos of Yammy's cracked Axis wheel on the 350Zmotoring site....pretty much proves the point I was trying to make about year ago.

ZZtopp,
Somehow I started reading this thread. You really don't like Axis, do you? I can think of about 30 other wheels that are below the quality standards of Axis (Konig, TSW, American Racing, etc.) This was a crazy thread. I think you guys both made some really good points. The way I see it is the AXIS Hiros are definitive improvement over the stock wheels in looks and quality, but they aren't iForged quality either. What's your Z run on the 1/4 track with 402 RWHP? Sick!

I did run a 4.7 0-60 with a Bel Vector accelerometer from an idle start, but I'm not sure of the accuracy. Car is quick, though.

Look guys both company (volks & axis) makes nice wheels, my philosophy was i was a student once upon a time, money is tight etc.... I wanted to make great looking wheels at affortable pricing so more people can afford them, that's all. The fact that we sell more wheel in the USA than Volk attest to our popularity.
