Well the 18s only go up to 9.5 width. On those wheels.
What if I had them staggered at:

18x9.5 offset +30 front
19x 10.5 offset +15 or +25

Appreciate the help as I've been trying to figure this out.
Pulling up there sizes, you can do 19x9.5 +20 front and 19x10.5 +15 or +25 rear.

Then if you wanted to stagger like a Nismo, obviously run the same 19x10.5 rear but with a 18x9.5 +22 front

Thinking of going with them 18x9.5 +22 front , and 19x10.5 +15 rear. What would the tire sizes for them be. I looked around and I see others with running 285/35/19 or 275/35/19. Would like to have as much road to wheel space possible for the wheel protection. But not sure how either would fair with rubbing on stock suspension and no fender rolled.

Front wheels would have the 245/40/18 as you previously said?

Thanks for going out of the way to help.

Rear 275 or 285/35 is the ticket. Front, run 245/40, 255/40 or 275/35

Awesome! Just so I can sleep soundly do you know of anyone running those sizes on stock suspension? (not necessarily 18 front & 19 rear together) I just fear buying them and having them not fit or having issues with wheels on.

They are common sizes , thousands of people are running those sizes on stock and lowered cars.

Default Will it fit?

Hey guys pretty straight forward question, Will it fit?

I'm looking at purchasing a set of Volk GTF forged wheels

Front 19x9.5 (offset +17)
Rear 19x 10.5 (offset +24)

The main thing that concerns me is that offset in the rear

Thoughts?

Should fit no problem. It will, of course, be dependent upon the tire size. A 275/35-19 is likely size and should have plenty of room.

Worse case scenario is if you are extremely lowered, you MIGHT rub slightly but HIGHLY UNLIKELY and if it is the case, light roll of the fender lip should take care of it. +24 is a pretty conservative offset.

If it's the set on CL that you're talking about, the tires he currently has on it won't run properly on the Z...so those would need replacing right off the bat.

It is on CL
The tires are Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Positions
Front 245/45/19
Rear 275/40/19
The setup is currently on a g37 so I feel like they should work fine please correct me if I'm wrong though

Yes but his is a sedan and he ran a "meatier" set up on purpose...I've already inquired about these wheels.
But you don't want those tire sizes.

Ok? I'm putting this post up out of desperation. Something in my brain refuses to understand offset and tire sizes, so I am putting myself at your mercy. I will list everything I want/know and leave it to you guys.
I don't mind spending good money on these, I just want them right.

Looking at Varrstoen or Enkei. Will consider any brand as long as they are light weight and good quality.

2005 touring
Stock suspension, no lowering, and I don't want to camber the wheels
I don't mind rolling the fenders if I have to.
I don't completely understand streching tires, but I would prefer not to.
I would prefer not to use spacers.
I want to go with 18x10.5 rears and 18x9.5 fronts.
The goal is to bring the wheels out as flush as possible without causing any major problems.

Please don't link me a post explaing offset/tire size, my brain is broken. I can calculate planetary pressecion without even using a calculator, but this beyond me.

I need to know the offset and tire size that will get as close to flush as possible, and stay as close as possible to the ratio necessary for the VDC to be happy.

RPF1 in 9.5 and 10.5 +15 , 255/40 or 245/40-18 front other 275/40-18 rear.

You can also do the same thing with any Varrs wheel in the same with but +12 all around.

Which front size will give me the ratio closest to what the VDC wants?

255/40-18 is closest to stock, but it's splitting hairs and both tire sizes interchange

Question

*** Thanks in Advance!
*** I'd really appreciate any comments/suggestions on this setup

The Subject: '08 Roadster Touring, original/stock everything, 26K miles!

The Plan:
- Enkei RPF1, Matte Black: 18x9.5 +15, 18x10.5 +15
- Hankook V12 Evos: 255/40/18, 275/40/18
- Tein H-Tech lowering springs.
- All fenders rolled, center caps & lugnuts, TPMS sensors transferred, mounting & balancing

Planning to get all these done at a reputable shop, 2 hours away.
The shop won't guarantee fitment of course, so I'm really reaching out for you folks to help me out.

This is going to cost me quite a fortune, but I NEED this.
This year has been hell on me.

That's everything you will need. Only other thing, rear alignment parts., you probably won't need them with H Tech springs, but be prepared to buy if required.

You won't know till you. Go to align,

Wanna double check this setup before installing.

Wheels are (F)18x9.5 +15 and (R)18x10.5'' +15. The tires I am looking at are Hankook v12 evo2 265/35 and 285/35. Springs will be tanabe gf. I rather not pull/roll the front fenders(as i'v seen some have had to do so). Front fender screw will be trimmed along with rear fenders rolled. I also don't mind having some camber.

Would this setup cause issues or would 255/35 and 275/35 tires be a better choice to be safe?
