2008 Grand Touring Roadster, stock, no lowering, or shocks, all stock.
I bought 4-8.5X18 +30 offset Miro 111's. I want to run 235x45x18 tires all around. I am willing to use the stock 225x45x18 front and 245x45x18 rears if I have to.
My problem is with the front Brembos. They do not clear the wheel. The rears are fine. I need to use a 1/2 inch spacer to clear the caliper. I am afraid this is going to drive the wheel too far outboard. I think it will work using the 225 tire.
What does the board think, will it rub?
I would do equal spacers front and rear, you will have no problem running 20mm at all.
Best thing to do, return the wheels , use the $200 you would need to spend on spacers and buy something better.
www.tirerack.com should have some options, I'd imagine. Sites like that are great because they can tell you right off the bat if they clear your calipers, etc. But still sell some with "bad" offsets, lol.
Wanting to buy 19x9.5 +12mm and 19x10.5 0 mm varrstoen es2 don't know what size tires yet willing to stretch a bit. Stock ride height . Will it rub ? If it will. Would a +12mm in the rear fix this ?
About to pull the trigger on a set of ES6.
I'm thinking on going 19x9.5 +22 fronts and 19x11 +25 in the rears.
Offset Options: front: 0+ 22+ +12 | rear: 0+ 25+ +12
Tires: f:255/35/19 - r:285/35/19
I also have a stock height Z and would like a setup without rolling and having no rubbing. What do you guys think on the offset and tire choice? Appreciate the feedback!

Front will be fine, the rear will be close. It's best to roll the rear

Thank you for the quick respond Terrasmak!
If you don't mind.
What do you think about this instead:
For: 19x9.5 +22 fronts and 19x11 +25 or +12 in the rears.
Front: 245/35R19
Rear: 275/35R19
I also currently have 235/35 front tires that are still good but, I take it they won't be ideal? Sorry for the noobness D;

235 front with 275 rear will work, not the most ideal but it will let you get some life out of them. When they wear out, throw some 255/35 on.
IMO 255/35-19 and 275/35-19 are the most idea combo.

good plan it will be pretty solid. With that front setup, you will want to tweak the front camber to make it fit right
I've searched around but easily got lost trying to piece together everything from all the different threads. I really need some advice on wheels, tires and fitment.
I've got an 07 Z, currently stock. I am looking at purchasing these wheels: http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-18-WORK-EUROLINE-VIP-Dish-Wheels-Rims-5x114-3-4x114-3-18x8-18x9-5-CHEAP/161765977836?_trksid=p2047675.c100005.m1851&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D34492%26meid%3Dcb1f73013c9844669c13391911e43cfc%26pid%3D100005%26rk%3D4%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D191757647005
I know that Work Eurloine DH wheels are "played out" but I like them. These wheels are 18x8 +20 (FRONT); 18x9.5 +38 (REAR). Im looking for an aggressive look. I want the wheels to line up perfectly with the body of the car with minimal space between the tire and the fender.
I spoke with a local tire shop and i asked him about going 255/40/18 in the front and 285/40/18 in the rear with these wheels. He recommended going 245/40/18 in the front. Does this sound right? I told him I dont want any tire gap and would like to lower the car also. He said that with this setup i probably wouldnt need to lower the car at all. Does this sound right? with this setup, would i need spacers to make the wheels line up with the body of the car?
Any help or insight at all would be greatly appreciated! I appologize up front for my lack of knowledge and really did spend a lot of time searching the forum but trying to piece together everything i read made me even more confused.
Ultimately, i want my car to look like this in terms of wheels, tires and fitment:

Take the 9.5's and throw a set of 20mm spacers on the, and run a 255/40-18 , then take the other set, take them apart and throw the 8 inch barrel in the trash. Rebarrel to 10.5 +15ish and run the 275/40-18 and call it good.
Terrasmack, thanks for the reply. Would the tire shop know how to take apart the wheel and throw away the 8 inch barrel and rebarrel to 10.5 +15ish?
You will need to find a shop like this http://www.wheelflip.com I did a quick google of rebarrel wheel to find them. There may even be one close to your area .
