Default 2004 17" oem wheels same as 2005?

Want to get rid of the crap 20" tis wheels that were on when I bought my 2005 z and have found a set of nice 2004 17" oem wheels in good shape. Can both years use the same oem 17's? Thanks! Mine is a roadster convertible.

If you don't have Brembo's then yes they are the same and will fit.

I could swear they fit over Brembo's , regardless , all the 17's are the same.

You're right I should have looked it up. I checked and none of the calipers say Brembo on them and don't seem as big as the Brembo's. The front calipers are black and the rear are red but they appear to be the same approximate size. Are rear OEM calipers red? There are no visible brand names on the front or back. Thanks.

Normal is silver, the prior owner probably painted them.

When you look through the spokes of your wheel and look at the callipers if the face of the calliper is solid with a semi-circular recess then your brakes are standard. If the face is smooth with no recess then these are brembo's. Look through the gallery and you'll see what i mean re the photo's. The link you posted above is a start but check out the marketplace as I'm sure a guy is selling a set of Brembo's and you can check the photo's to see if yours are the same. Hope this helps.

For pics of Brembo's go to 'new owners section' and click on heading 'French girl in Z33'. There are a few pics of front and rear Brembo's, this should sort out whether you have Brembo's or OEM.
