Touring V2 Wheels on a 2003 Touring?
Hey guys,
I’m new to wheel replacing and want to know if the touring V2 wheels can easily replace my 03 Touring V1 wheels.
The front wheels are an exact match. The newer rear wheels are 0.5” wider and have an extra +3mm offset. From what I can tell, the V2 wheels will stick out about 0.368” (0.25” plus 3mm) and stick inwards 0.132” (0.25” minus 3mm).
Am I figuring this out correctly? Any issues with TPMS? Any interferences on the inward side? Will sticking out about 3/8” look awful?
I read the top questions thread and did some searching and couldn’t find this exact answer. Thanks!
