Rocket Bunny wheels specs ?
Okay guys I'm about to pre-order the rocket bunny kit. The specs for this kit are not out yet but I believe the flares will be +40mm extra for the front fenders and +65mm extra for the rear fenders based off of other rocket bunny kits.
How wide of wheels and what offset do you guys think I will need to achieve a nice flush look?
Here is a pic of my car and the rocket bunny kit

dont buy the wheels until you get your suspension set up correctly and the kit on the car, end of story.
.. this type of kit and look balances wheel width.. flare width.. tire shape and size as well as camber.. changes in one single aspect affect everything else.
You need to test fit with a stack of spacers and smome spare "measureing " wheels.. then when you find the proper fit and look, you can order legit wheels and tires to match the specs you uncovered.
Doing the opposite will cause you nothing but issues.

ie, more outward poke from going too negative in offest for a given wdth can be reeled back in by adding camber and getting the top of the tire to tuck back in under the flare.. tire shape plays a roll here as well.. rocket bunny cars generally have little camber and poje and a meaty look, so you may want to look at 18 inch wheels vs 19s.. my 19s look huge w this kind of kit, and i cant get much shape out of my sidewall ( even if i didnt really go narrow tire or stretch) using a 30 series tire on a 19.. it kind of is what it is.

if it were I, id imagine that although he is on my facebook friends list, Kei Muira is most likely flooded w messages due to recent celebrity status lol.. so.. Id contact the distributior youre buying the kit from and have them contact 6666 Customs or Greddy directly and have them give you wheel fitment specs if they are available.. youre most likely to get attention from emails sent by the people who do the direcet business w the manufacturer vs a random "contact us" form email.. im sure there a countless messages that flood in that way as well.. but the bestplan of action is to work with your wheel builder ahead of time and have a loose idea of time and fit availability.. and then jsut simply WAIT until the body is in hand and the car is built..
youre really putting the cart before the horse looking at wheels first.

ive been asking and re/searching for this kit for a while now. i've gotten many "release" dates but none of them have followed through. Unless its going to debut at sema.. i highly doubt this kit will come out anytime soon.
Muirsan, has many other projects going on and i highly doubt the older less popular z33 platform is among the priority.
and i would get the kit on first before you decide on your wheels. It's like putting clothes to go out.. you put your shirts and pants on first than the shoes are last..
