Unhappy 255/35r18F - 285/35r19R? Stock Grand Touring Wheels

Please help!!! Ive searched everywhere for answers and haven't found anything in the size I'm trying to upgrade to... I'm looking to upgrade to RE-11's from a stock size of 245/40r18F - 265/35r19R to wider 255/35r18F - 285/35r19R! Is this a proper setup to upgrade to??? They're stock 07' Grand Touring wheels. I appreciate any help thank you!!!

18x9 and 19x10 rims.

The tires will fit on the wheels but since stock offsets are high (wheels are sunken in) i'm not sure if there will be any rubbing or any of that.

If you haven't found anything about someone running those sizes on those wheels it might be for a reason.

I put 255/35/r18 in front and 285/30r19 on back last year and wish I would have went 255/40/r18 285/35r19 to fill the wheel well better. People have said they fit good. My setup now would look great with a small drop but I want to keep the clearance I have. Has anyone ran 265/35/r18 295/30r19 on stock suspension? I would assume the car would start to have some serious camber as one puts wider rubber on. Anyone on stock suspension or just rolled fenders running 305/30r19?

Thanks Terrasmak i appreciate it... sounds right, i did a little more research and what i got was basically bc the fronts are 18's thats why you suggested the 40 series tire if they were 19's front then i could of went with the 35 series... is that correct?
