Default Bbs rg-r

I stopped by my local tire shop today to price a new set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport's for my z, they had a set of BBS RG-R's marked half-off, they're the correct bolt pattern, 5x4.5, offset is 18mm, they've got 5.47" of backspacing and they're 19x8.5.
Has anyone ran these on their z?
How was the fitment?
Did you have to do anything to ensure proper fitment?
This is a great deal that I would hate to pass up, as I can get these wheels and a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sport's mounted/balanced plus new TPMS half-off, I've been looking to upgrade for quite some time, I originally wanted a set of the Nismo LM GT4 wheels but haven't been able to find a nice set.
My z isn't lowered by the way, it's sitting on the stock suspension which I would like to change soon as well.
Thanks.

I'd say no due to the 8.5 width. the rest I am unsure cause I use mm for the lug pattern and offset as well vs backspacing.

I've been on 18" BBS RG-Rs for years and they're magnificent! But the 19s you're looking at will work well for the fronts, but not the rears. How much are they asking for the set? You might be able to match them up with some rears that'll fit better.

Go for it. If you don't like them you can sell them less than retail for a profit and get what you really want.

Thanks for the input guys.
I decided to pass on them, I decided to just get new tires for now.
I really don't want to run a 19" wheel on my z, I'd prefer to stay with 18's.
I really like those RG-R's though, they're beautiful wheels.
