Default Adam Saruwatari wheels?

What does everyone think of these? They are made by Enkei "Adam Saruwatari" design... I'm thinking of getting these for my PPW. they are only available in 19s and come in hyper black, black, and silver.

Here is the link incase the picture does not show up...

Looks like the old school Advan AVS wheels to me. I thought the AVS wheels looked good back in the day...maybe too soon to resurrect them especially from another company.

Advan VS-5 to be exact.

My friend is the vp sales for Enkei North America, and I inspected the production prototype wheels over at his house. The workmanship on this forged wheel is very excellent, with nice rounded edges and fluting on the split spokes and a good finish. He is putting a set on his project G35 coupe, and I have a set that I am picking up this weekend to do the same for my street wheels. They only weigh about 19.5 pounds, which for a 19" wheel is quite acceptable. Will put 245/35 in front and 275/35 in the rear as "plus one" sizing, and it should work just fine. Though it does bear a resemblance to the old Advan, it is much more refined and attractive in person. And it shows off those nice brembo calipers better than the stock seven spoke wheels (that weigh 24.5 pounds in 18"!!)

That's not bad, do they have them in 18" 8.5 and 9.5 how much less would they weigh? And cost?

They only come in 19" at this time. I bought them in 8.5" for the front and 9.5" for the rear, to take my street tire set up, which is 245/35F and 275/35R for the S0-3's. My set came from Enkei directly, so the price is basically their manufacturers cost. But on the rack I think they will run you a little over $2k for the set of four.

Mine are on the laundry porch and I am taking them to be mounted and speed balanced tomorrow. After my track run Friday I will swap out the wheels and rubber. (track set up is 18" Toyo RA-1's on 18lb alloy wheels)
