Default 370z Nismo wheels

Question for y’all out here. I haven’t seen a whole lot of the 350’s with the 2015+ 370z Nismo wheels swapped. I kind of am digging the wheel and wonder what everyone’s take is on them. I have a lead on a like new set for around $1100 without tires.

Use the search, there's someone on here with those wheels on their car.

EDIT: Happened on it in my bookmarks: https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-...l#post10603710

Presume you're talking about these?

Looks-wise, my personal take: love them EXCEPT for the "two tone" spokes (silver ends by the barrel or vice versa, black spokes). I just find they look "too busy" for me. But that's just me and could easily be fixed by powder coating them one color. Again, IMO...

Great advantage of these is the strength and low weight, right around 20.5 F&R averaged. (Yes, 19" tires are a tad heavier; but, the lowered wheel weight and strength gained offsets that at least.)

But here's the gotcha that takes away a tiny bit of that weight advantage: you will NEED 15-20mm spacers on the front wheels to restore scrub rad to "normal". These are highly offset since they're for a Z34 with revised suspension and brake geometry. They fit/clear w/o spacers but will take away from steering response using such high offsets on a 33.

But overall, a great upgrade. I run Nismo S-Tune Z34 accessory wheels in same config and weight - great performance!

Mic has the story on those Z34 MISMO wheels, but there's one critical thing to add. The lug seats on the 370Z wheels are different than any on the 350Z. Make sure you get a set of Z34 lugs with any sale of these wheels to properly secure them.

Oooops, yup, forgot that. Thanks for the catch, David! I bought a set of Z34 SHANKED lugs on EBay to fit mine, the only set (besides my old Volk GT-Cs) that have/had their own "proprietary lug set". Hahahaha. (But at least these work(ed) on my Nismo LMGT5s on Z33 as well. )

Thanks all. Yep those are the ones I’m thinking about. Yeah I’d done the search feature and seen them on the convertible. I knew about needing the spacer read it on z1’s website and the different lugs too. I need to crap or get of the pot with deciding on buying the set or not. Missed out on a smoking deal on a set of folks last year.
