Yes, they should fit (I haven't actually checked that particular wheel), but bolt pattern, offset and center bore should match. DISCLAIMER: be aware that the lug seat is different for the Z34 vs. the Z33. You'll need matching Nissan Z34 lug nuts to secure them properly.

They will physically "fit with no interference" (on shock/suspension/inner fenders) but it alters the scrub on the Z33, resulting in sluggish steering response - DEFINITELY not a benefit to the usually sharp steering on the 33. (And of minor consideration, they're sunken in 13mm from stock.)
20mm spacers are the solution to this.
Rears are 9" with +15 offset so they fit just fine natural.
So it means I have to buy a new set of lug nuts? How about the bolt? Are they the same?
Z34 FRONT wheels have high offsets vis a vis Z33 wheels - ranging from +40 to +47. (These in question are +43mm)

If you're going to run 20mm spacers, you'll need longer studs up front. As stated earlier, the seat shape and type are different for those Z34 wheels. That's why you'll need some 370Z lugs to use as well.
Thanks for the info dkmura, yeah I have to buy a new set of OEM 370z lug nuts; which is available in these link: https://www.z1motorsports.com/wheel-...ts-p-5416.html

Well, slip on spacers, yes, but when going to that size (pretty much anything >10mm), they're going to be bolts-on style...
You just have to make sure the wheels - which I'm pretty sure the OE wheels all do - have the "relief wells" in the mounting center to accomodate the stock lugs sticking through the spacers.
S'far as the lugs themselves, same thread pitch.

Good point, Mic- I use 20mm slip-on spacers on the Z33 racecar and need the longer ARP studs. I've never been a fan of the "bolt on" style spacers, as it doubles the # of fasteners that could potentially fail. I prefer wheels with the correct offset as my first choice and the slip-on spacers as the second option.

Only wheels I use the spacers for now are my Nismo wheels (both LMZ5 and LMGT5), all my others are/have been natural fit.
