Hello, first post here,
I currently have a set of rpf1’s ready for tires to get mounted onto, but not sure what size tires
ive looked for the exact specs I want, on this forum and haven’t seen a single picture with the combination I have in mind
they’re 18x9.5 +15 and 18x10.5 +15
and I’m thinking of a 255/35/18 in the front, and a 295/35/18 in the rear
but my question is, will I clear the 295??? Or should I play it safe with a 285
Will I have to run excessive camber to sit flush??
Also could I run a 265 rather than a 255 in the front without a problem??? (Fenders are rolled)
I’m on stock body BUT my fenders are rolled and slightly pulled in the rear, I’m pretty low at the moment but will raise the car drastically
Would be grateful for some help, thanks.
This is the sort of fitment I’m trying to go for, not my pic but I know these are 295/40’s in the rear not sure about the front
The conservative (sure to work) setup with your wheels is 245/40-18 front (or 255/40-18 front), and 275/40-18 rear (or 285/35-18 rear.) I don't rub with the 245 and 275 setup, and that is with a 3/4 inch suspension drop.
If you want to be aggressive, the front would be 275/35-35 and 295/35-18. With rolled rear fenders, you might rub, but minimally.
I had 18x10.5 +15 285/35/18 Nitto Drag Radials in the rear on a mild roll with room to spare. You should be good on the 295s in the rear. 255/35/18s are a bit short for the front and won't look as beefy, I would run 265s.
