Default New Rotor Question

I took off the stock front rotors and put on new rotors. The stock rotors are real snug and have to be tapped off with a rubber mallet.

The question is the new rotors do not fit as snug and can be wiggled or moved around without the wheel on. Is that okay? I assume the wheel and lug nuts keep everything tight?

Thanks for the advice in advance.

What? Nobody has ever put on aftermarket brakes yet? Any advice would be appreciated.

The stock ones will also moved freely if ytou put them back on, they were probably stuckk on at first, but the fronts are only held in place by the calipers and lugnuts, the rears have a slight tight fit on the inside diameter.

Thanks westpak, I wanted to make sure before I torqued everything down. I am putting on the AP racing big brake set and the guys at Avalon said the same thing but I thought I should get another opinion. Two seperate opinons concluding the same thing works for me.

You can't be to careful when it comes to your brakes in my opinion.

Thanks for the reply.
