need help with lug issues
So i recently went from 20" xxr wheels (they came with the car when i bought it from a dealership, not my desired size but ok) to 18" Konig Countergrams. Im using the same lug nuts i had been but now they wont stay tightened..... I know they are proper thread pitch and all because again, i have been using them since 2020, so yeah im at a loss for ideas at this point.
new wheel specs are 18"x 9.5 / 18"x 10.5
*note* was told by tire place i called to remove the plastic rings for the old wheels so i did, but even with them on was still having this issue.

Confirm the hub bore size on your new wheels. It looks like they're 72.60mm. The hub bore size on the Z is 66.1mm. Get some hubcentric rings that are 72.60mm OD and 66.1mm ID. I would get some metal or aluminum rings instead of those plastic rings. These are necessary with aftermarket wheels in order for the load to be distributed on the hub instead of the lugs.
Then, confirm what type of lug nuts your Countergrams use. They're likely conical or tapered. Get some new lug nuts that are M12 x 1.25mm thread size. Torque them down to 85 ft-lbs. After driving for about 25-50 miles, check the torque and re-tighten them to 85 ft-lbs, if necessary.

On lug nuts, the Countergrams (as most of the contemporary Konig flow form wheels) use a "tuner lug nut" or 12x1.25 conical type. Konig recommends "spline drive" tuner lug nuts if your wheels are double drilled (two bolt patterns, e.g. 5x114.3 AND 5x100) since the recess holes are narrower on a double drilled wheel.
Definitely follow Heel's advice. Install, drive, RE-TORQUE. They should only require a few pounds of tightening. Any more than about 15lbs, there's something wrong.... seats are different, lugs are wrong (one leads to the other).
