It should take you about 1L of new fluid to flush out all the old fluid.

What John said! But, I'd buy a 2nd bottle, just in case it's needed. If not now, before your NEXT event.

This reminds me, I need to pick up a couple more ASAP.

Something I do is keep both ATE SuperBlue and the ATE Typ200 on hand. It's the same stuff, just a different color, so you can tell when you've bled out all the old fluid. Plus, it's reliable and has the best bang-for-your-buck out of all the brake fluids. Hell, I got 8000 miles, including 4 hours at Watkins Glen, 2 hours at Summit Point, and about 6 hours at VIR out of my ATE SuperBlue before I flushed it out the other weekend with the Typ200.

If you guys wouldn't mind posting where a good place to buy all these different fluids, that would be appreciated. I like the idea of the blue fluid and being able to see when it is fully bled through the system!!!

I recently installed the 13 inch Stoptech kit, and I used two and a half 0.5 liter bottles to flush the entire system. You may need less since you aren't filling new calipers, so 1 liter sounds like plenty.

I put on AP Racing 6 pistons up front, new pads/rotors rear and SS lines on all 4 corners last week. I used about 3 and a half bottles with the bigger pistons. Also I figure for the price of brakes verus the price for a bottle of Motul why not go the little extra to make sure they are totally bleed out.

I normally order my fluid when I order my brake pads from Cobalt, however, most race shops will carry ATE fluids. Price is normally around $12 / liter. OG Racing currently has the best deal I've seen on a consistent basis, $10 for the SuperBlue and $11 for the Typ200: http://www.ogracing.com/eshop/home.asp?categ=68
