What brake fluid should I use for my 14 Stoptech BBK?
I'm going install my BBK this weekend, the packege didn't include with brake fluid,..so I have to buy it before I start. My friend recommon me to get "Motul" brake fluid, anyone heard about it? I have no idea Which "Motul" fluid to get, they have Motul DOT 5.1 and Motul RBF 600 ,..anyone had any idea?
other question is could I use stock brake fluid for my BBK? This is because my local area doesn't sell any "Motul" brake fluid,..so my friend told me to use stock brake fluid first,..than change it when I recieve(order online) "Motul". If so,..I'll need to go Nissan to buy some brake fluid...

I am using Ate Super Blue. Its a DOT 4 fluid and works great with the 14" kit. I track my car hard and have not heated my fluid beyond its capabilities.
Nice thing about ATI Super Blue is that you can also get the same fluid in Orange. So you can tell when you have worked all the old fluid out when you do fluid flushes.

hey hido7,
I have about 9 bottles of Motul RBF 600 just sittin' in my garage. I won't go through all of them next season so I have a few extra. I'm in Beaverton (home) and Clackamas (work) if you're interested. You'll need about 1 bottle for each pair of brakes or about 3 bottles for a complete flush all around. LMK if you're interested. I could save you a few bucks on shipping at least.

Hido,
First, thanks for the purchase.
Motul RBF600 is a good choice if you plan to ever take your car on a road course. If you are going to stay on the street, Motul 5.1 is a good, economical choice. You can buy it from our authorized resellers, and have it shipped to your door.

I didn't use the pedal at all. I did each caliper twice and both bleeder screws on each caliper. My pedal feels just like OEM, I just kept filling the brake fluid resevoir and closed the bleeder screw as the fluid was flowing outwards to make sure no air got in.
