What size tires on Stock 18" wheels

What size tires on Stock 18" wheels
Guys, i am looking for tires to replace my bridgestone re040 but i know a lot of them dont have 45/18" but 40/18". So i am wondering what size i should go with so i dont have any problems with the VDC and the speedo. Also what do you guys think of the Toyo T1S ???

Go with 245/40/18 in front and 245/45/18 or 255/45/18 in the rear. These will improve handling, and not mess with the VDC. IMO, the Dunlop SP9000 is the best price/handling combination out there.
