Default Volk Sf Winning PPW Help Needed!

Ok, so im finally going to take the plunge. I have decided to get a set of Volk SF Winnings. Thats the easy part. Now I need your help. I do not plan on getting a big break kit, just slotted rotors and S/S lines I already have the Nismo brake pads. What offset, tire sz, tire brand should I consider. I have read people using +25 front, and +29 rear to clear their Brembos. Id like some lip but nothing more than the usual $100 bill clearance. Oh yeah my car is PPW and I am strongly considering gold with the chrome lip. Any and all input would be really appreciated. I will post pics as soon as I get em on. Thanks.

I am running 255/35/19 on the front and 285/35/19 on the rear. I like the set up. A lot of people are running 275s on the rear but I wanted the addiional stager.

Here is how they look on my car: https://my350z.com/gallery/albun30

10.5" wheel in the rear is sick.

Your HRE's fill up very nicely in the rear. Yeah everyone seems to go the conservative route with the 275, its nice to see the 285. Do you have any issues, Id like to know whats your overall impression with the 19's versus stock.

I got the SF winnings in Gold. 8.5 and 9.5 +25,+29. I got Brembos too. Use to have the SF Winnings in Silver(see avatar) but sold them for gold ones.

I love th SF's. Good choice, and the gold looks murderous on the PPW!

I had the stock 18s. The ride isn't that much different but handling is a lot better. The car seems to stick to the corners more where the 18s I always had the feeling the tires were going to give way when pushing them real hard in a turn.

We have a lot of clover leaf on ramps here so it is fun to push the car on the ramps.

Wow! thanks for the impression. Yeah, the gold, the gold. I must admit that it was Johns350Z that gave me the gut get go for the Winnings. I at first had an adverse reaction to buying a white car. But warmed up to it. Now I have an excuse to go and buy a new digi-camera.

You should ask John where his inspiration came from. We both had the first set of SF Winnings that came to the states. Both mercury silver sets 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. He waits for me to mount mine and I send him pics. Next thing you know he puts them up for sale. He wanted a bigger lip so he went and ordered the 9.5 and 10.5's. So I was his test pig so to speak...hahaha. Its all good...hes still my bro.

Yeah- call Revhigh. They beat everyones prices by a long shot.
Also, I think Performance Nissan still has a set in gold they've been trying to get rid of. Just be sure they can match your best price quote first.

Do you have any pics you could post with your Gold Winnings?

Thanks,

Ken N.

I'm currently rolling on Volk SF-Winnings 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 rear. You should go with the same, you won't regret it.

Thanks,

I just had them mounted a couple of weeks ago. I will probably take some pics this weekend and post them. I'll let you know when I do.
