Default wheels got stolen, wheel advice please

Hi guys,

All 4 of my stock 17 inch wheels/tires got stolen over the weekend. I'm looking at the Volk Gramlight 57F-Pros 18X8.0 in the front and 18X9.0 in the back. Or should I go with 9.0 in the front and 10.0 in the back? Any advantages/disadvantages/suggestions? I plan on getting the Goodyear Eagle F1 in 245/40 and 275/40 or Toyo T1 in the same sizes. This would work with the 18 inch wheels right?

The only other thing I'm seriously considering is the 17 inch Gramlight 57Fs because they would be lighter in weight than the Pros. However, they don't come in gunmetal like the pros do and I don't know what tires to use with 17 inch wheels. I don't think the Eagle F1s or Toyo T1s come in 225/50 and and 235/50 like the stock tires do. If I get the 57Fs, do I go 17X7.5 and 17X8.5 or should I go 17X8.5 and 17X9.5 and why? Sorry if I ask any stupid questions. I don't know much about wheels/tires and any help/comments/suggestions/criticisms would be welcome. I've spent all day reading the forums but most people want to go 19s and I found very little posts for 17s and 18s. Thanks for any replles.

Goodyear F1 GS D3's are available in 225/50R17 and 235/50R17 here in Australia.
I checked Goodyear's US site and strangely these sizes are not listed.
You'd be best off contacting Goodyear or DTD regarding availability of these sizes in the US.

My insurance company paid out $758.61 per wheel!! No that's not a typo.

Go with 19s now that you have the chance. Better look than 18's IMO.
