Default Help with TPS

I had the tps' mounted. (long story)

Now the front right reads 12-17 psi.

I've tried:

overinflating

under, under then over

complete deflation

I had Nissan "re-program"

I think somehow the safety wire that holds it to the band is strangling or obstructing it. Maybe it's just jacked.

Any ideas?

I will probably end up replacing it but it's a B1tch to find someone qualified in NM.

HELP?

Yes they are banded. Only one is not working right. I could understand if it didn't send any signal but it sends and receives. It just reads the wrong pressure. Why would it do that?
