Default How do you take out the TPS?

Do I have to take the tire off to get these out? I have a friend that is buying my wheels and need to get the TPSs out (he doesn't need them.)

Can I just deflate the tire, push down on them and get my hand in there to get them off? Or does the tire need to come off?

Thanks guys

They r for sale. PM me offers if interested.
