Need some help here. I am looking at a set of wheels that are 18x9 for front and back. Offset is 35 and the bore diameter is 73. I have a track so I assume these will fit over the Brembo's but someone please correct me if they won't.
Now from what I have been reading, the Z is happy when the front and rear are staggered, so how about a 245/40/18 front and 275/40/18 for the rear. Please let me know as soon as possible as I am buying these wheels from an individual so I need to move on them quick. Here is a link to the wheel Click here

Not the same stagger.
OEMs are 225/45 and 245/45. The difference in circumference between them is .38%
If you go 245/40 and 275/40 you get a .50% diff, a bigger stagger than OEM.
If you go 245/40 and 265/40, you will have a .34% stagger, very close to OEM.
I was answering the question. In practice, I don't think you will notice the diff, so you can go with the 245/40 and 275/40 IMHO.
Re: will the rim fit, don't have data on that.

I don't think +35mm will clear Brembo Brakes. The tire sizes you chose will have the correct stagger. The rim width is at the extreme side of specification for both tire sizes. 245/40 - 9" is the widest wheel that this size tire will fit. 275/40 is the narrowest width that this size tire will fit.
