Default BBK opinions please!

All right, while I know Big Brakes Kits have been discussed before, this question throws just a different spin on it. What I want to know is "In your opinion, which BBK is the best when looking at such items as lowest rotational mass/ unsprung weight added, fits under 17inch wheels ie stock 17's my winter wheels, and strength and craftsmanship of parts?" I don't plan on tracking the car often but due enjoy spirited driving sessions on the twisty country roads. Thanks in advance.

STOPTECH 13" kit fits under 17" wheels.
I have the STOPTECH kit and can say that the craftsmanship is top notch. Others with the STOPTECH kits can vouch for this.
I noticed that my kit weighed less than my stock calipers/rotors.

Thanks Victor. Did Stoptech ever release the st-22 caliper for the rear wheels? I believe this was supposed to be released to be matched up nicely with the 13 inch front kit.

I think the rear kit is out now.

I have the front kit on my car and its great. Fit, finish, install directions, customer support.... Its the best money I've spent on the car so far.

can you post some pictures for us?
fonrt and rear?
i saw some pictures of rear but those are from stoptech so it doesn't look like everyday ride Z looking pictures so it was quite hard to get the right feeling on non-showroom looking Z.
thanks in advance.

Have any of you guys that purchased the 332mm Front Stoptech kit regret that you didn't buy the 355mm kit? I put my order in for the 332mm, and am starting to wonder if I should have ordered the 355mm. I'd hate to realize later that I'm still overheating my brakes/brake fluid after investing so much on it.

I ordered the 332mm for the same reasons...to fit my 17" OEM's on for track days. I hope the decision wasn't too shortsighted.

I terms of looks, I do have 19's also, and realize that filling up that void would be nice, but spending an extra $500 is difficult to justify right now without more input from those that already own the BBK.

I have 14" Stoptech BBK front and back. I don't know the difference between 332mm and 355mm(The one I have) in terms of performance, but I remember reading some post from some brake gurus (J Ritt, Stoptech representative) that Stoptech 332mm kit is just fine for the track and shouldn't have any disadvantages compare to their 355mm kit. I'm sure brake gurus will chime in there and give more detailed insight in this matter though. The only reason I went with 355mm kit all around was for the looks and cool factor. I don't track my car so stock brembos for track model should be more than enough for me. But I just love how those Stoptechs look behind my 19" rims!
