My next upgrade for my car will be RIMS!

I have a DB Roadster and I can't figure out which rims look best on my car. I live in the LA area so CHROME is the way I want to swing

Any suggestions? I just know that I want 18" chrome rims. I don't want bigger wheels due to the harsh roads over here.

Not too many people here like chrome wheels. You sure a nice silver with polished lip wouldn't be better. I would check out www.discounttiredirect.com and www.tirerack.com for reasonably priced rims and tires.

 

Yeah, I would go for silver w/polished lip as well. Which ones look good on a DB?

 

I would go with the 18" or 19" Nismos. I think these would look slick! Or go with a set of Track rims ---chromed. that would look real sweeeeet! There is a picture of a DB coupe with chrome track rims in the Gallery.

 

I would skip the chrome altogether and go with a Volk LE37t in gold with a polished lip. I saw this set up this weekend on a blue Z and it looks sick! All the flash of a chrome wheel with a bit more style!

Almost any rim will look good on a DB ZR. An 18 inch rim with a lip will look small...so if you want a big lip get 19s. Somehow though I find big lips don't look good on the roadster..so I'd go Nismo.

if you like chrome, you have other options... the SBC finish for instance is just as bling, but a lot more JDM looking

all of the japanese wheel manufacturers offer the sbc finish including rays (volk, gramlight etc), enkei, dazz (racing hart, RH etc), work, ssr

i think it looks great, and it's a lot nicer (and LIGHTER) than chrome plating
