Default 2003 Track V.1 Wheels Widened

2003 Track V.1 Wheels widened. 18 x 8.5 +33, 18 x 8.0 +30 widened to the inside 2" making the wheel 18 x 10. Wheels widened by Weldcraft Wheels. See website www.weldcraftwheels.com for more information. Included are a pair of H&R hubcentric 15mm wheels spacers and studs to correct offset to +40. Welds have been blended and ready for powder coating or paint. I have decided to use other wheels on my Z project and would like to get back my cost for wheel modification and spacers.
$850 includes center caps, wheel spacers (no wheel sensors). Prefer local pickup but will ship at buyer's expense.

Bump for a local! Which Z is yours? I think I've only seen 2 others in Newport.

So the set is 8.5 +33 (front) and 10 +55 (rear), correct? (This agrees with your math that the 15mm spacer makes the rears a net +40, just trying to make it clear for everyone).

The picture of the rims face down are showing the blended areas on the inside of the widened wheels. Other pictures show the same wheels face up.

Basically the wheels have been widened 2" to the inside (refer to picture). The spacer moves the wheel out 15mm (.6 inch) to correct the offset providing clearance on the inside of the wheel.

How would the added spacers "correct" the offsets to +40? If anything, these would drop the offsets even more in conjunction with the wider wheels.

The wheels prior to being widened measured 18 x 8 +30. Calculate the offset: 8 inches converts to 200mm. Offset is calculated from the center of the wheel to the mounting point of the wheel to the rotor. 100mm - 30mm = 70mm from the outside of the wheel to its mounting point.
When the wheel was widened 2 inches to the inside this did not change. Now that the wheel has been widened to 10 inches (250mm) the offset has to be recalculated based on the new diminision. The new wheel center is now 125mm - 70mm = 55mm. The offset of the wheel is +55 without the wheel spacer. The 15mm spacer installed will move the wheel out toward the fender and away from the inside wheel well giving the wheel an offset of +40.
