03 350z w/ low miles enth

Hello! Up for sale is a 03 350z Enth model with 44,xxx miles. The car is in great shape and is definately a eye turner. It is garage kept and has been stored in winters/non smoker. I am the 2nd owner of the car and looking to upgrade to a bigger vehicle for family reasons. The title is clean and clear and this vehicle has been in no accidents and has a clean carfax. All maintenace records have been kept and oil has been changed every 3,000 miles with Mobil Synthetic. The car is an automatic but has been dressed up to look like a manual(1st owner did this). Car comes with two sets of keys and all original manuals. The car has the following mods:

Car is located in Southwest Michigan. Brakes were changed about 10k miles ago. Car was just waxed and looks great. Normal rock chips on front bumper, could use a repaint.
