Yeah this doesn't work on my Z. Tried it in so many different ways but nothing happens.

Maybe it isn't enabled on Euro-spec Zs? Anybody know?

2008 GT spec sold in Belgium imported to Sweden.

Dunno why. But maybe you never know.

It is the factory Nissan FOB?

Have you reflashed or done anything to possibly disable it?

@CK_32
Yeah everything is original. Not sure if the previous owner ever reflashed anything, I'll have to check the service records.

Those cardone or doorman aftermarket motors suck. I've been through 5 in about 1 year. But they keep giving me a new part because it's under warranty.

Pay the $170 for OEM part and install yourself. Make sure you get the revised part number.

I think he's talking about replacement window motors and regulators.

Does anyone know any common reasons why this function would stop working? My windows and key fob work fine. I'm unable to bring the windows down with the fob.

Was it working prior? Are your battery low/dead? Is an OEM Nissan FOB? Regulator going out?

I believe all that you mentioned is working properly. The key fobs are not OEM. The company name looks like calsonic.

Unless it worked previously it appears that feature is not compatible with your remote/fob. IIRC you can do the same thing with your door key.

Regarding the windows going down with the unlock but not going up with the lock button... There was a company that made a module you could splice into the wiring in the door that would add the roll-up feature. Don't remember their name, but I had it on my '06 Z.

It interfaced with the (expensive) Body Control Module . . . . I suspected mine somehow caused the BCM to fail. The company wanted me to send them the BCM but the Nissan dealer had already discarded it.

Turn on the engine...push the pedal to the floor...wait 3.5 seconds....release.....push clutch in....put in 1st gear....push gas to floor for 6.5 seconds this time...quickly release clutch while holding on gas....hold on to something sturdy....
