freakin semi-trailer tire shrapnel!!!!!
so we are on our way home back to fl going through Savannah, ga and we hit a piece of tire from a semi and it ripped out the front part of the passenger side fender liner and the pump for the window washer fluid was dangling!! i managed to put the pump back in but either the rubber seal is missing or damaged 'cause it wont hold washer fluid i haven't had a chance to really look at it as this was around 11:30pm last night and the weather has been lousy here all day....
can someone recommend a place to get oem parts other than my local stealership?

x2: Courtesy is the place to go.
I feel for ya. The Detroit area is littered with these road alligators. I had the same thing happen to me in my wife's RX-8. One thing I learned from my insurance is to ALWAYS claim that it just came off the truck ahead of you or another car flipped it up in your way. So long as the tread was moving when you hit it, it's covered by comprehensive insurance. If the tread was lying still in the road and you hit it, then it's collision. God Bless my State Farm agent. $3K in repairs with no rate increase or deductable.
For me, my comprehensive is a $0 deductable but collision is $500. Rates won't go up with comprehensive claims but they may with collision. I highly recommend getting a police report stating that the tread just came off the truck.
