Steps and Products...How does this sound?
I have never fully detailed a car, and of course the blackZ needs weekly care. Do these steps in detailing the exterior look good, and what advice would anyone have on the products used in each step. Thanks for the info.
1. Rinse
2. Wash - Meguiars Gold Class
3. Rinse
4. Dry - California Water Blade, The Absorber
5. Clay bar
6. Zaino ZPC - orange pads
7. Polish - Zaino Z2
8. Wax - Natty's Blue Paste
9. S100 top coat
1. Rinse
2. Wash - Meguiars Gold Class
3. Rinse
4. Dry - California Water Blade, The Absorber
5. Clay bar
6. Zaino ZPC - orange pads
7. Polish - Zaino Z2
8. Wax - Natty's Blue Paste
9. S100 top coat

I would do something more like:
1) Wash with Dawn
2) Clay bar
3) Wash with Zaino or Meguiars
4) Dry with Waffle-weave Microfiber towel
5) Zaino ZPC
6) Zaino Z2
7) S100
Dawn is an excellent degreaser, it will remove old waxes, etc. No need to dry before claybar, you're going to be wetting it again with claybar lubricant (car soap in water). You should wash after claybar to remove any soap or residue left behind from the claying.

My suggestion to you would be to do one layer of Zaino Z2 (if that's what you want), and see if you like the look of it. When layering Zaino alone, without ZFX cure time is 12+ hours..
I would layer the S100 the next time that you wash the car. (Do small panel first, say a door, and compare whether or not you like the finish) Many like Zaino alone, you may too!
Keep up is also very easy with Zaino. Just Z6 after washes, and it will look like you just waxed it! (Experiences from my buds on autopia)
If you go the other route, with S100, I'd suggest you purchase a spray wax (Ex. Optimum Car wax) for upkeep between waxings.
Good luck!
