Default Bad clutch fork.

So I had my clutch, flywheel, master, and slave cylinder replaced. Everything is in and well but the mechanic told me my clutch fork needed replacing. Something about when the clutch is pushed in the fork moves around and isn't able to disengage the clutch. So I was wondering how much is a fair price to replace it. The part is cheap but idk about labor.

The car is a 2003 Touring 6MT. The clutch is the Southbend clutch with their flywheel. Thanks in advance for your help!

you have to drop the transmission to do it... and while in there might as well do the pivot ball too

Thanks, so how much for that? And luckily the clutch came with an upgraded pivot ball!

I was really looking for a guesstimate for the labor to do so. If there were any mechanics that wanted to chime in what a fair price might be.

Doing mine next weekend, I have southbend also. The clutch wont completely disengage..I've replaced the master cylinder and the slave, now hoping when i drop the tranny it wont be seized. May have been caused by the master's adjustment being off..

Might be that the throw out bearing seized on the shaft. Did you hear a whining noise when you put your clutch in?
