Please don't- there are no CF door handles, they're all overlays.

I have them and I like them. I had plasti-dipped door handles before and it doesn't look terrible but I think the carbon is better at least because of the gloss finish. You can pull it off if you have other CF parts on your car, however if you don't I would just go with painting them a glossy black.

Nice car, I like the gunmetal paint/gunmetal wheel combo. I'm going to try to do that myself, mine is not a factory Z color though. Did you get covers or get them covered?

They're just the covers from the Z store. They come in multiple pieces and are shaped well to fit around the door so you wouldn't know they were covers if you saw them.

I spray painted mine black and then clear coated them. They looked good for about a day then they started to get scratched up and paint started chipping. I decided I wanted something that looked better so I went with the overlays. If I had to do it over again, I probably would have plasti dipped the handles then covered them because parts of the handle that aren't covered by the overlays have chips in them that look bad up close.

Hmm, weird that yours aren't that good. I picked mine up and they let me unwrap and look at the part before I took it. I can take some pics of mine when I have the chance, mine look fine up close.
