Do you guys think this will benefit people who aren't running boost?

I don't like this - don't like it at all. It takes away a major advantage us 5AT owners have over the 6MT. What am I going to do next Top Dawg event if I can't jump ahead during shifts?

CoachK, we need to get some brake boosting and 2 step electronics in place!

Does this system really only come into effect when running high RPMs? ie, when just driving normally(2.5-3k shifts) does one still have to engage the clutch? Sorry for the noob questions.

Don't you love it how the 6MT guys always like to flame the 5AT guys but then they're always looking for ways to get the same benefits we inherently have?

FWIW, my coworker has a SRT-4 and knows a couple with this, he says they all swear by them when I asked him about it.

How does this affect daily driving in traffic and what not? When i'm just driving normally and want to shift at 3k rpm it will still cut the ignition for the amount of time I have the MS set for?

Not at all..It only activates when the TPS voltage is maxed.Meaning floored..Otherwise it drives normal..

Oh wow... ok so reading through these threads has made my understanding of this product increase in like 100 fold... over at driver... the thread is like 3 pages long mostly talking about how uncool it is to be rice... and how these are meant for hondas... well i just wanna know what the advertised product does... and how it works... too bad I gotta go two places for the same info... I will be looking you up soon Julian... hopefully in a few months when enough G drivers have these they will becomes the new standard and you can say "I told ya so "

It's almost as if our cars are luxury only and weren't built on the same platform or something

Anyways when the car gets done, I'll be seeing what this bad mother****er can do.
