Forged Performance: Another 600whp Project hits the road!

We just wrapped up Dilsher's car, and everything turned out great. We transported his car from Michigan, with a blown headgasket, and a weak engine. We took the TN single kit off, put his original built motor in the dumpster (made super crappy power), and started over from scratch.

The basics of the buildup include:

Greddy TT Kit
AAM 3 inch Downpipes with Dumps/AAM 3 Inch TD
Forged Performance S1 Shortblock
CJM Stage I Fuel System
JWT Camshafts
750cc Injectors
Haltech PnP EMS
Snow Performance Methanol Kit
Cosworth Plenum

While the car was here, we also repainted his front bumper, and installed a set of Rotera BBK's.

The Haltech engine computer worked flawlessly, and the control over the tune was outstanding. The lastest firware and software revision is a terrific improvement.

WOW, very nice work Sharif (and the rest of the Forged crew

). Thats a clean looking car, its very understated I think. Its funny how fast this community evolves, because it seems like 500whp used to be the number to have. Now the bar is raised. I'm sure the owner is going to enjoy the hell out of this car (is he going to be a Zdayz?). I also saw you mentioned you redid the front bumper; are you guys expanding into body kits now too?

I would like to start of by saying thanks alot Sharif, Sandy and the Forged crew for everything! I visted Forged Twice and both time was shown excellent hospitality (including a great lunch with some brew pops!) Also for Sandy putting up with my phone calls! This has been a long and on going projects due to some road bumps but Sharif took care of everything completed the car to my standards and beyond! He also said that his dyno reads pretty low during the winter! Long story short... the motor was rebuilt twice and that accounted for alot of time. Seven months later I will finally have my baby Veronica!!! I already have some races lined up for the upcoming weeks so Ill post vids or links to vids in this thread! Also everybody better be ready for the AIR STRIP EVENT...

1st Race- 08 Cammed, headers, intake and tune C6 z06 (will post vids)

Couple other details:
Greddy 20g Turbo upgrade
Scott Performance Stage 2 Cams*
Rotora 6/4 piston bbk
Clutchmasters FX 700 Clutch

487 whp map is 12 psi with 93 octane

548.5 whp map is 16 psi with methanol 93 octane

609.1 whp map is 19psi with 110 octane & methanol

Dil - congrats on the build. I cant wait to see this car in person and i am even more excited to watch it run at Milan.
