Going through Midlife Crisis!!!!
... At least that is what some of the folks at work are saying! They love the car and think it is beautiful. They are joking of course but sometimes you have to wonder if some aren't trying to be sneaky. Anybody else hearing this? Oh yeah, I'm 47, married for 25+years to the same woman and there is nothing to talk about about us. We are fine, so no flames, please.

Mid-Life love affair
I prefer to think of the Z as a life-long, ongoing love affair! It is cool as long as it's the same lady sharing the other seat!
I'm 44 and have been "Z-ing" for 25 years now...and hopefully 50 more!
Z on!
70 zcar (25 years and counting....)
78 zcar (autocross)
84 zcar (turbo driver)
03 zcar (the saga continues)

People at work said the same thing when I got my Z...of course, I got LASIK, cut my hair differently, got a personal trainer, and grew a goatie at the same time, so they think the whole thing is a mid-life crisis. But I'm 27 - I don't think it's a crisis at all
Now I'm lookin' good, feelin' good, and drivin' fast.

Me Too
I am 53 and an Engineer. So I got the same thing. I went one more and took a high performance driving class and they now know for sure I have gone over the edge. I loved the hell out of the experience.

Count me in!
I am also 53. When I first met my second and current wife (married 25 years) I went and bought a 1974 260Z. Incredible car for its time. I think it cost me about $5000. After almost 30 years of BMWs, it seem appropriate to come full circle and end up with another Z! Great car but now my wife is getting nervous .

Driving the Z is all about having fun, and the older you get, the more fun you should have. When you're too old to have fun, you're dead, just don't die in your Z having too much fun! Enjoy your Z!
