Bad news=rearended, good news= not Z
Got rear-ended yesterday when stopped in front of a traffic light ... in my Outback, my Z is sleeping in the garage, warm and safe. Total 6 cars, no serious injury, mine's in the front. My damage is minimal. Check out that bad a$$ green truck who started the chain, he didn’t even get scratched. The driver was charged impaired.

hmmm... brings up an interesting point. What are our 60-0s? 115 feet, give or take? I don't care if that Hummer H2 behind me is tailgating or not, if I slam on my brakes, he has to:
1. Realize I am slamming my brakes and do the same (reaction time)
2. Stop from 60-0 just like me, but do it in 135ft.
Something tells me through really no fault of his own except having a big *** hummer, he would be at fault. I could go slamming my brakes all day long and cause so many problems... yikes.
And the green truck driver was charged with impaired driving? Was he drunk?
It's kind of a raw deal that when he can't stop in time and causes that chain reaction, he is at fault for all of it.
